A: Your channel may still be active, make sure you have stopped the stream on OBS.
A: Clients on our current Basic plan can stream for Free up to 30 hours per month (as we grow so will the number of hours per month). Our goal is for the Basic plan to eventually not include a 1x payment. Unused hours do not carry over into the next month. There is no time limit for our clients on the Brand plan.
A: The channels have about a 12 to 15-second latency, which is considered low tendency by industry standards. The actual latency you experience might be longer if your internet upload speed is slow or your encoder is using too much of your computer’s resources. We suggest you start your stream 10 – 15 minutes before it is scheduled to start.
A: Your subscription is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. At the end of each month, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or HMC On-Air cancels it. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting the company. We do not offer a refund for the fees you already purchased for your current monthly subscription and you will be able to continue service until the end of your current subscription period.
A: The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is our way of ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, then let us know within 30 calendar days of purchase, and we will give you a full refund.
At the current time, that option is on a case-by-case basis for those under the Brand plan.
