10 Jan Member Guidelines
Post Rules
We’re all here to accomplish the same goals, and therefore, we need your help to keep this community strong and valuable. We created these guidelines for our members to ensure that together we’re creating a welcoming, inclusive, and beneficial place for everyone. With that in mind, we ask that you keep these principles in mind when you post.
Focus on knowledge sharing, not giving out advice.
There are plenty of places online where we can share our expert opinions. Instead, we want to foster an environment where healthy debate is encouraged, and everyone shares their questions, stories, and perspectives. Our goal is to tackle big questions and work together to discover all of the potential answers. That can only happen when we are committed to collaboration and true knowledge sharing.
Be respectful.
Please be kind and constructive when you add a new post, ask a question, or comment on someone else’s contribution. We will remove any posts that foster bullying and the member banned from the community.
Provide context.
We love it when our members share links and resources. If you do, add some commentary or give us some context to understand why you care about this particular topic or article.
Please don’t promote.
Feel free to share your knowledge and experiences with the others here in this community, but please do not promote yourself or your business. We will not tolerate spamming, soliciting, or self-promotion.
* Contact us at info@housemusiccommunity.com if you have a marketing proposal, promotion, or need for advertising.
Have questions? We’re here.
If you see a post in the feed the violates these guidelines, flag it! Our Community Hosts will step in to contact the member privately or remove the offending post.
